Well that was awkward! I was all chuffed about making my oats with Organic Honey and Soy Milk this morning, topped with a yummo banana ofcourse…

And silly me grabs the milk out of the fridge, pours it into the bowl and puts it back in the fridge… I stood for a second before realising I used Dairy Milk! Whoops, old habits die hard huh, so unfortunately I wasted a whole bowl of oats, and had to re-do my breakfast…

These things happen. Eat Up!

Ahm, Happy Birthday is also required for my brother, Happy Birthday Bro!

Today is a special day for my Brother Beau, he is turning 27, he just got an extraordinary license after being caught drink-driving and losing his normal license for a minimum of two years, and his electricity got shut off coz his housemate forgot to pay his bills… and he has his fingers crossed that he will get his job back this week… You Go Bro!

It must sound like Beau is just the worst person in the world, but I truly believe that some just really do have the worst luck! My brother is one of the sweetest people I know.. he just can’t get it together!

So here’s to you Beau, I’ll see you tonight for a lovely celebratory dinner.

“Well, I guess it’s up to you how you celebrate isn’t it? hmmmm”…

… Is pretty much how my morning went, today is my littlest puppy Charlis’ birthday, she has just turned one and done one HUGE poop on my carpet to celebrate. It’s so her style.

I can’t be mad, she is lucky she is adorable though and it was slightly funny when I got mad and flung it out the door with the dustpan and brush.. only to have it land with a thwack on the fence…. whoopsie!

Charli thought it was a riot.

Ok, well I had planned and perhaps internally promised I would blog everyday on my “new life” but it turns out I’ve been busy living it! Yay!

So it’s day 4 of veganism… and I have to say I LOVE IT, I feel energised, alive and really healthy and that’s just FOUR DAYS!

I have to confess that I used to eat chocolate every day, I couldn’t get enough, and I would miss it and think of nothing else if I couldn’t get my chubby little hands on the stuff! Nuts, lollies, other chocolate - I didn’t care what it had in it, but today I realised I haven’t thought about in the needy way, when I did think about it… I was totally unphased… brilliant!

No, Thankyou….

Today it saddened me greatly to respond to one email in particular. It was an amazingly flirty email from OK! Magazine asking me to renew my much loved subscription. My mouse hovered over ‘Yes Please’ for what seemed like days, I discussed with myself in length, the pro’s and con’s of saying yes, and saying no.

Eventually ‘No, Thankyou’ won…. which means I lost… but in a way I guess I won, as I’m saving a few bucks and being forced to again create my own style and loves, instead of relying on my old weekly bible OK!. Damn

I had never ever thought about this before, but it makes so much sense…
Whether you are going shopping for one outfit or twenty, take a versatile belt with you, a plain black or brown, something easy to cinch your waist with…
After coming off without as many outfits I had dreamed of carting home today, I realised what was missing… so many outfits hung a bit too much here, or had a bit too much fabric at the back … whatever it was, it occurred to me that I should have a belt to use with these, and the stores I was in didn’t have what I wanted…

Next time I WILL go prepared & you should too!

Wow, I’m amazed, taken aback and also shocked. The feelings are errupting in a volcano like emulsion of pure hatred and unbelievabelness… Yes, thats a word ok.

I just can’t believe these girls have been given the chance that all of us Australian Fashionistas’ can only dream of and all they can do is complain! Yes, I know all we see is the juicy stuff… and that it’s not everything that happens so I did a little research, and youtubed my little heart out to find out what does really happen!
Running in Heels is one of the most realistic doco style reality shows that I have seen to date given that the outakes and the behind the scenes videos are true to form, and resemble the real show to a tee!

Today I embark on a new life, a new healthy eating style and a new style altogether.

I will be a cheap skate vegan …. no unnecessary spending, no unnecessary eating… none of it!! But lots of totally necessary things like: Saving money, eating right, exercising, changing my style to really suit me!

I have been reading alot, researching a little and watching documentaries ( thank you foxtel I heart u ) and this has enlightened me more than I could have imagined…. what have I been eating/wearing/thinking!!! HA!

So with Skinny Bitch by my side, the foxtel remote at my beckoned call and a smart brain working overtime… I CAN do this.

Goodmorning Again Lil’ Blog Family!

Here I go! I have had a fruit and vegetable smoothie, care of my adorable boyfriend who is supporting me 100% ! What an angel! And it was yummo… really yummy. I’m feeling serene and ready to take on the world!

Though I’m fused to the couch for the moment, watching re-runs of Running in Heels and falling forever in love with fashion! Muahaha my plan is working. However I am still in my flannel PJ Pants, but a very cute singlet if that helps my case!

You just ripped my heart out and then you stomped on it with your FAKE Louboutin! With my credit card poised and prepared to max it out… I find a blog that caused my closet to come crashing down around me. . I had the spaces ready for my louboutins to sit slingback to stiletto with my other prized purchases of late.

These sites are fakes, well the pictures are real, the shoes you will get aren’t!
So fashionistas beware! I didn’t fall for it… but I nearly did… so don’t you do it either! Sites like louboutinbox.com and christianlouboutinus.com have been reported to be fake.. Just warning you gals!
